Michelle Andrews is a proud Alumni of the Stephenson community. She started her dancing career at the age of three at the Conservatory of Dance and Fine Arts in Decatur, Georgia, where she was classical trained in Ballet/Pointe, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Tap, and African up to the age of fifteen. In the summer of 2006, she was accepted into the Broadway summer camp at the Fox Theatre where she mastered the art of theatrical dance and acting. 


In December of 2007, she became a member of the Dazzling Diamond Dance Team here at Stephenson High School where she danced until she graduated in 2008. Soon after finishing high school she attended Augusta State University now known as Georgia Regents University to pursue a degree in Psychology and became the Captain and President of the Augusta State Dance Team in 2011-2013. While working with the Augusta State dance team she received the opportunity to work for Fierce National Dance competition where it was her job to help put on successful dance competitions around the nation for rivalry dance studios that want to be recognized as number one around the nation. It is a privilege and honor for her to return as the Coach of the Dazzling Diamond Dance Team at Stephenson High School.
