Trinisa Murphy

Trinis Murphy is a proud 2007 graduate of Stephenson High School, where she was a standout member of both the cheer team and Dazzling Diamonds. She is no stranger to spirit, style, or service. Her journey began at just five years old- training, traveling and performing with elite all-star teams throughout the Stone Mountain/Lithonia community. Her love for performance quickly became a lifestyle rooted in discipline, energy, and excellence.

But Trinisa is more than just a talented dancer—she’s a leader, a mentor, and a beacon of opportunity. A South Carolina State University Marching 101 Champagne Dancer alumna, she brings collegiate-level experience, leadership, and passion to every routine and rehearsal. She has graced the stage at countless local concerts and cultural events, bringing electrifying presence and polished technique to every performance.

Rooted in service, Trinisa comes from a family of community leaders Trinisa’s passion for giving back runs deep. She brings that same heart for service to the world of youth dance and cheer, dedicating herself to helping the next generation shine. She proudly carries on their legacy by mentoring young women, fostering discipline, cultivating excellence both on and off the field and bridging the ga[ between high school and collegiate dance by preparing students for auditions, providing professional-level training, and offering ongoing support throughout their college journey.
